A man has been charged with offences from the Wildlife and Countryside Act.
Hasan Fidan, 46 from Bridge Close, Tonbridge was arrested by officers from the Rural Partnership Team on 28 March.
He has been charged with two counts of killing a wild bird and theft of a wild animal.
He has been bailed to appear before Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on 16 May.
The charges relate to the following –
•26 November 2013, charged with killing a goose.
•Between 19 March, 2014 and 28 March 2014 charged with killing a goose.
•18 March 2014 charged with theft of a wild animal, namely a swan.
